The V1116 native wine yeast produced in Denmark is a yeast used to build fresh white wine. The refreshing acid derived from yeast is characteristic and finished with a neat aftertaste. It is one of the youthful and beautiful acid on the white wine Sauvignon Blanc and Riesling.
