Mutenka Amazake is a non-alcoholic, additive-free sweet rice drink from Tsuchiya Shuzoten in Saku, Nagano, whose flagship sake brand is Kamenomi. Made from rice and koji alone, it relies entirely on the natural sweetness produced during saccharification.
