Muhomatsu Genshu Shiboritate

🍶
Description

Bottled as a freshly pressed genshu without dilution, this junmai shiboritate comes from a brewery nestled at the foot of the Hiraodai Plateau near Kokura in Kita-Kyushu. Careful low-temperature fermentation and Fukutoshi mountain water give it the dense rice character and high-alcohol intensity typical of undiluted new-sake releases.
