Description
Genshu from a Kitakyushu brewery founded in 1877 at the foot of the Hiraodai plateau, using spring water from the Fukuchi mountain range. Bottled undiluted, it offers the concentrated body and higher ABV typical of uncut sake from this small, traditionally oriented kura.
