Description
Masukawa Futsushu is a sugar-free table sake from Kawabata Shuzo, a brewery founded in 1860 in Gyoda, Saitama. Soft water drawn from the Tone and Arakawa river systems is used throughout brewing, yielding a gentle, mildly sweet character with clean rice umami.
