Description
Koshihikari, a table rice variety rather than a dedicated sake rice, is polished to 65% and brewed honjozo style with a small addition of distilled alcohol. Grown in the mountains of Tochigi and processed using traditional large-format Sase pressing, this sake reflects the brewery's philosophy of building flavor around honest craftsmanship.
