Description

Kirin Jijoshu 2015 Nenzo is a decade-matured vintage sake from Kaetsu Sake Brewery in Niigata, representing over ten years of controlled aging since its 2015 brewing. Extended maturation in this jijoshu style produces deep amber hues, oxidative complexity, and a rich, layered character far removed from the fresh, clean profile of young Niigata sake.
