Keiryu Taruzake Karakuchi from Endo Shuzojo in Suzaka, Nagano, is matured in cedar or Japanese oak casks, absorbing subtle woody aromatic compounds into a dry (karakuchi) profile that connects the brewery's modern craft to Japan's oldest sake traditions. Brewed with Shinshu mountain spring water by a brewery established in 1864, it delivers a crisp, dry character with the distinctive warmth of wood-aged sake.
