KatanoSakura Junmai Ginjo Chokarakuchi

It is a sake brewery located in Katano City, Osaka Prefecture, which was founded in the late Edo period. Approximately 90 % of the total production quantities have released 40 % of them with a specific name sake. The water is a rich underwater water from the Ikoma Mountains, and the rice uses high -quality sake rice centered on the local Kansai region. The National Sake Apprentice has won the 7th Gold Award between 2010 and 2021.
