Description
Reihou rice polished to 73% is used for this genshu namazake from Narutaki Shuzo in Karatsu, Saga. Bottled undiluted and unpasteurized, it preserves the immediate, unmodified character of the freshly pressed sake with the naturally higher alcohol of cask-strength production.

Narutaki Shuzo Co.,Ltd
Saga
Once Hideyoshi Toyotomi used it for a tea ceremony to hold a store in the spring water, and brew alcohol. One of the rice, the two, water, and the technique. The sake created from that stubborn thought is a number of honor to the appraisal.
