Yamada Nishiki polished to 38% is used for this daiginjo from Narutaki Shuzo in Karatsu, Saga, brewed as a limited nakagumi bottling that draws only from the peak-balance portion of the pressing. The brewery has claimed five first-place awards at the Fukuoka National Tax Bureau competition and twelve gold prizes at the National New Sake Competition, with this bottling earning a Silver Medal at IWC 2019.
