Description

This Junmai Ginjo Namagenshu is bottled directly from the press without pasteurization or water addition, preserving the full alcohol strength and raw aromatic energy of the freshly fermented sake. The junmai ginjo base, brewed with rice polished to 60% or below and without added distilled alcohol, provides a foundation of clean fruit-forward aroma and rounded umami. Namagenshu expressions are prized for their immediacy and intensity, which diminish once heat treatment or dilution is applied.

Imayo Tsukasa Sake Brewery Co.,Ltd

Nigata
A sake brewery with a full amount of pure rice. It has been a pure rice sake brewery that has begun brewing in the middle of the Meiji era and has not added any brewed alcohol since 2006. By achieving both the taste of pure rice and the goodness of sharpness, we strive to make sake that can complement the food, do not get tired of drinking.
