Mantensei Midori is a seasonal junmai ginjo variant from Suwa Shuzo, polished to 50% and brewed with the same ultra-soft Chiyogawa water that defines the Mantensei line. No product-specific taste information was found; it shares the brewery's philosophy of two-year aging and food-friendly, clean-finishing pure rice brewing.

It is a warehouse located in Chizujuku, a post town where Honjin was used by the lord of the Tottori feudal clan on a change of work. The founding is in Ansei 6 years, and the inscription of Suwa Izumi is derived from Suwa Shrine in the back of the store. The theme of Suwa Izumi is "Happy Dining Table". We propose a happy dining table with alcohol.
