It is located in Yamato -cho, where the water is born in which both rivers to Midorikawa and Gokase River are born. Almost 100%of the sake rice used with the cooperation of the "JA Kami Mashiki Sake Rice Subcommittee" has been cultivated in Yamato -cho. We use "Kumamoto yeast" for all sake, such as Junmai and ordinary sake, as well as Ginjo sake.
