The second work of the purple series! The first release of the year, the fourth year of the year, was prepared for "Galaxy Drops", which was developed as Iwate's first branded rice. This brand rice, which compares the night sky and stars of Iwate, is perfect for a purple brand image! The scented incense begins calmly, and the gentle sweetness and aroma that are not too sweet when put in the mouth. Iwate
The Hirota Sake Brewery is a small sake brewery located in Shiwa -cho, Shiwa -gun, Iwate Prefecture, known as the "village of Nanbu Tori". The company was founded in 1907. The first Kiyoshihira Hirota, Koyaji Hirota, has been handed over a liquor store that was reputed in this area at the time, and has been making sake brewing to this day as the "Hirota Sake Brewery" after the war. "Hiroki", which was born with the aim of "liquor that is delighted by many people," is still a representative of the store. Currently, the theme of "rice flavor" is pursued as the theme of "Rice Umami", mainly by Mori Ono, the first woman, and the Hiroki brand is "Sanki Amazake Moto". I switched to. The new challenge has been in the fourth year, and we are working on sake brewing as a whole in order to polish further skills and approach the essence of the “rice flavor”.
