Sakurada Sake Brewery Co.,Ltd

Ishikawa
Sakurada Sake Brewery is a small sake brewery run by four families in Takojima, Suzu City, the tip of the Noto Peninsula. Takojima flourished as a fisherman town, and Sakurada Sake Brewery has been supported by drinking fishermen, and has been making sake since the Taisho era. While always in contact with locals, I have been making sake brewing that local people like. Thanks to you, about 90 % of our sake are drunk in the local Suzu, of which 60 % are drinking in the Takojima area. Therefore, I think that there are few opportunities to see and drink Sakurada Sake Brewery in other areas, but the greatest pleasure is to keep making sake that will be happy with the locals locally. I am thinking. I would like to continue making sake while walking with this area and the people who live so that I can always drink even when I am a child and grandchildren. I hope that if you are far away, if you come to Noto, you can enjoy Sakurada Sake Brewery's "Hatsusakura" and "Daei".
