Description

Junmai Daiginjo Madonome is the prestige expression of Mado no Ume Shuzo, a brewery founded in 1688 in Saga Prefecture and one of Kyushu's earliest champions of junmai brewing. Made with Yamadanishiki rice polished to 45% and cold-fermented to coax out delicate floral and fruity aromatics, it delivers an elegant, high-clarity palate with a refined, lingering finish.
