Junmai Daiginjo Kisu Obu Faia is the phonetic Japanese transliteration of Kiss of Fire, part of Kano Shuzo's boldly named premium line from Ishikawa Prefecture. Brewed without added alcohol and with highly polished rice meeting daiginjo standards, it delivers the clean, fruity elegance associated with Ishikawa's ginjo brewing heritage.
