Description
Polished to 70% and produced at Sekishu Shuzo in Shimane Prefecture, this josen-grade sake draws on the soft regional water of Iwami to produce a smooth, approachable character. Shimane's soft mineral water allows fermentation to proceed gradually, yielding a gentle style well suited to this everyday drinking expression.

Tsuwano is nurtured in the history of 700 years and is full of historical emotions. Founded in the middle of the Edo period 1730. Currently, the 11th generation is working hard to make sake as a forest. Using the underground water of Hidemine Aonoyama, we continue to nurture the local sake spring in Tsuwano into the future with the old -fashioned method of using human hands.
