Jokigen Tokubetsu Junmai Daiginjo Ginjookoku is part of Kano Shuzo's Ginjo Okoku (Ginjo Kingdom) series, reflecting Ishikawa Prefecture's reputation as one of Japan's foremost regions for ginjo-style sake production. As a junmai daiginjo, it is brewed without added alcohol and with rice polished to 50% or below, representing the brewery's dedication to the highest grade of pure rice sake.
