
Description
Jokigen Junmai Ginjo Fuujin is a pure rice ginjo from Kano Shuzo in Ishikawa Prefecture, bearing the image of Fujin, the Japanese god of wind, as its label motif and paired with the Raijin-labeled ginjo. Brewed without added alcohol, it presents the clean, grain-forward character of junmai alongside the floral aromatics of the ginjo grade.
