Nakate Shinsenbon, a standard Hiroshima brewing rice, is polished to 70% for this everyday honjozo from Yahatagawa Shuzo in Hiroshima's Saeki Ward. The brewery was founded in the Bunsei era (around 1818) and draws on springwater from Mount Gokurakuji.
