Gouriki rice, a rare revived heritage variety cultivated in the Hokoji district of Kanto, is polished to 55% for this junmai ginjo. Bottled as namagenshu and lightly nigori (unfiltered), this arabashiri first-run pressing brings vibrant freshness, visible texture, and the full-bodied umami that Gouriki is known for.
