Description

It is a grated Honzo brewing of 70 % of the rice polishing. Hiyoroshi is a liquor that is drained in the early spring and stored, and it is an aged and rounded liquor in the warehouse. It is called "Hiyoroshi" because the climate in early autumn becomes a little cooler. It is an aged rounded flavor.
