Description

Hiryu Chikugogawa Tokubetsu Honjozo is a premium honjozo from Nishi Shuzo in Fukuoka, designated tokubetsu (special) for its superior rice milling or brewing method beyond standard honjozo requirements. The small addition of brewer's alcohol contributes a lighter body and brisk, clean finish, while locally grown sake rice provides a savory foundation reflective of Fukuoka's brewing heritage along the Chikugo River.

We are currently in Otakarai -cho, which is currently less than 50,000 bottle conversion per year. I buy it. The sake "Chikugo River" will be loved in the region. I would like to work hard to become a liquor.
