Description

Naturally sparkling sake with carbon dioxide sealed in the bottle during fermentation, brewed from Gohyakumangoku polished to 70% with an alcohol content of around 5-6%. The mild sweetness and fine effervescence resemble a gentle champagne style, and the sake has won silver at the IWC and gold at the Wine Glass Delicious Sake Awards. Brewed under the Utagebiyori (perfect for a banquet) brand, it is a lightly cloudy nigori-style sparkling expression.
