Description

Hamachidori Junmai Namacho Tekkoseki is produced by Hamachidori Co., Ltd. in Kamaishi, Iwate, a coastal city historically defined by its iron and steel industry, which the name Tekkoseki (ironstone) evokes. The brewery was founded in 1923 on the Sanriku coast and draws underground water from the Kitakami Mountains throughout the year. This junmai namachozoshu is pasteurized once at bottling after cold storage, balancing the fresh character of namazake with added stability.
