Description

Yamada Nishiki is the base of this Ibaraki daiginjo from the Goretsu label, crafted at Gouretsutominaga Shuzoten with the bold, uncompromising character suggested by its name (meaning fierce strength). Brewed in Ibaraki with artesian water from the Abukuma highlands.
