Description

Hijiridake Ginjo takes its name from the sacred Southern Alps mountain and is brewed in Iida, Nagano, where cold winters favor careful ginjo fermentation. The brewery uses Nagano's mineral-rich waters to develop a sake with delicate fruit notes, a light body, and a crisp finish characteristic of mountain-brewed ginjo.
