Description
Junmai contributed by Kaba Shuzo to the Gifu Kyukura collaborative brand, a project bringing together nine Gifu prefecture breweries under the theme of local water, sake, and food. The rice is locally grown Hida Homare at 60% polishing, expressing the characteristic umami and clean finish of Hida-Furukawa sake. Founded in 1704, Kaba Shuzo has remained a consistent presence in the Hida region's sake culture for over three centuries.
