Genbu Daiginjo from Shusenkurano (Sakusenokuraya), the oldest sake brewery in Nagano Prefecture, founded in 1540 in Kawanakajima. The brewery is led by female toji Chino Mariko, and the Genbu (phantom dance) premium line is known for its fragrant, melon-like aroma and clean umami. A gold medal recipient at the National New Sake Competition.
