Description
Gekkeikan Kyosansui Honjozo uses Kyo no Kagayaki, a Kyoto-developed sake rice, in a honjozo brewed with the celebrated soft water of Fushimi. Founded in 1637, Gekkeikan established Japan's first sake research laboratory in 1909, and this local-rice honjozo reflects that tradition of innovation rooted in Kyoto's terroir.
