Description
Futaributai Daiginjo is a prestige daiginjo from Kowashoko Hitachi Shuzo in Ibaraki Prefecture, brewed with highly polished rice and a small addition of brewer's alcohol. Daiginjo requires fermentation at very low temperatures to develop the delicate floral and fruity aromas that define the style. Ibaraki Prefecture, bordering Tokyo to the north, has a growing reputation for refined sake production.
