Description
Fumigiku Shuzo, founded in 1916 in Toyama City, draws on natural water from the Joganji River, one of Japan's 100 Best Waters, for this flagship Fumigiku Daiginjo. Using traditional hako-koji (box koji) and extracting only the nakadori (middle fraction of the press) for maximum clarity and balance, the brewery applies daiginjo-level precision to every expression it produces.
