Our motto is "Waro Sake". We are aiming to make good sake brewing while supporting the technologies that the brewer is in the time of our founding and supporting each other. We own two breweries, "Dewa Tsuruzo" and "Karizouzo", and we are particular about water and sake rice used for preparation. Most of the local rice that is used in the local sake brewing is cultivated by a brewer and has a polishing rice. Production of representative brands, "Dewa Tsuru", "Kariho" and "Yamato Shizuku". (1) Dewa cranes → "Sake Brewery starting with rice making" is used as a slogan, and pure rice sake is created centered on producing. (2) Kariho → Nationwide a rare “tank) squeezing, and brews pure rice sake centered on mountain abolition. (3) Yamato Shizuku → Kurajin carries everything from rice -making to brewing, and water uses minerals rich in natural water from 15 million years ago. Brew at Dewa Tsuruzo.
