Description

A tokusen (specially selected) grade tokubetsu honjozo under the Kuromatsuhakushika label, from Tatsuuma-Honke's Nishinomiya facility. The special honjozo classification requires a polishing ratio of 60% or less or a distinctive brewing process, and Miyamizu water contributes the clean, lively Nada character.
