Description
Daiginjo Jukuseishu Ippo from Inoue Shuzo in Fukui is a matured daiginjo, where extended aging rounds out the fresh, delicate character typical of the grade. Jukusei (matured) sake develops deeper, more complex flavor notes as the components integrate over time. Fukui Prefecture's sake tradition, supported by clean snowmelt water from the Hakusan mountain range, provides an excellent foundation for this refined aged expression.
