Description

Long-aged koshu brewed from Kairyo Shinkou, the near-extinct heirloom sake rice variety uniquely cultivated in Kahoku-cho, Yamagata, polished to 60%. Extended maturation gives this other-category sake a rounded, complex character that distinguishes it from standard table sake.
