Miyama Nishiki polished to 50% forms this daiginjo from Yao Honten in Chichibu, Saitama, under the Chichibunishiki label. Founded in 1749, the brewery uses self-milled Nagano Miyama Nishiki with spring water from the Chichibu mountain range, yielding a fragrant, fruity daiginjo.
