Description
Asamadake Bentennoizumi is a honjozo from Ohtsuka Shuzo in Komoro, Nagano, brewed with Akita Komachi rice and water drawn from the underground springs at the foot of Mount Asama. Founded in 1841, the brewery uses the volcanic mineral water of Asama to craft sake with a crisp, distinctive character.
