Kita's Sake Brewery is a revival store that was founded in Taisho 8 in Taisho 8, founded by the brand of Hoshi Masamune and revived in the Kita no Hana brand after the war.
The name "Kita no Hana" is the desire to aim for the best in the sake town Kita, and that everyone has a lot of joy (flower).
