Darumamasamune Vintagekoshu Umeshu Heisei2nen 1990nen

This 1990 vintage umeshu marks the first year of the Heisei era in the series, using Benisashi plums from Fukui Prefecture steeped in aged sake from the same year with rock sugar. The koshu base, matured over more than three decades at ambient temperature in Gifu, provides a deep, rounded sweetness alongside the bright fruit character of the plum.
