Tama Sakae rice, a San'in-region variety, is the base for this junmai ginjo genshu from the Kurayoshi, Tottori brewery. Bottled undiluted from Daisen spring water brewing, the sake carries the distinctly full, rice-forward umami that Tama Sakae delivers alongside the clean mineral quality of the water source.
