
Taito Junmai Ginjo Nama is the unpasteurized version of Chiyonosono's Kumamoto-origin Taito line, retaining the vibrancy of freshly brewed sake. Kumamoto Yamada Nishiki and regional yeast combine in a low-temperature fermentation to deliver lively ginjo fragrance and a bright, clean palate.
