Brewed using a proprietary two-stage yeast process that combines a high-succinate-producing yeast with the house Hanbei yeast, this futsu-shu delivers rich umami alongside a clean finish. It is slightly dry and slightly light-bodied, with alcohol between 13% and 14%.
