A sugar-zero (糖質ゼロ) futsushu from the Shochikubai lineup, brewed using a proprietary fragrant flavor production method with dual-yeast fermentation using spring water from Fushimi, Kyoto. Despite zero residual sugar, the dual-yeast process preserves a dry but noticeably flavored character.
