Shinanono Kataribe (信濃のかたりべ) is brewed from Saku-grown Hitokochimai rice polished to 60%, farmed under low-pesticide contract cultivation using single-seedling planting methods. Nagano Type-D yeast fermentation brings out bright aromas and a clean, well-balanced rice sweetness with a crisp finish.
