Sasanokawa Karakuchi is a dry sake from Sasanokawa Shuzo in Fukushima's Aizu region. The karakuchi (dry) style is well suited to Aizu's hearty local cuisine, and the brewery's snowmelt water from the surrounding mountains provides the clean foundation.
