Sachihime Magokoro is a junmai from Sachihime Shuzo in Saga, brewed with sincerity as its namesake suggests. Saga's warm climate and volcanic soil water sources contribute to a full-flavored base that expresses the heartfelt craft of the small Kyushu brewery.
