Ryusen Nigorishu is a tokubetsu junmai lightly filtered sake from Nakao Shuzo in Ibaraki, Osaka, brewed using 100% locally grown Mishima Gohyakumangoku rice from the Takatsuki foothills. The kuramoto-toji one-person brewing approach keeps production small and closely controlled.
